NTN-Bower, a manufacturer of quality roller bearings and bearing-related components, is looking for the following positions for our Hamilton, Alabama manufacturing plant.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS

The qualified candidate should possess the following:

• Minimum of 3-5 years work experience in a manufacturing environment as a Supervisor,
• College degree preferred,
• Experience with Quality Systems requirements (OS/ISO) is a plus,
• Strong written and oral communications skills, and
• Ability to handle multi-tasks at same time.

MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

The qualified candidate will possess the following:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or Mfg / Industrial Technology degree, or significant related manufacturing experience. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus!
• 0-4 years of related experience in systems and/or programming, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
